Du Toitskloof
At the foot of the majestic Du Toitskloof mountains in the Western Cape Province of South Africa lies one of the most progressive cellars in the country, where fine wines are made for both local and export markets.
The cellar's aim is to consistently please customers with quality, early accessible wines at reasonable prices. The Du Toitskloof Cellar is owned by only eleven wine producing families with 673 ha under cultivation. Each farmer is advised as to which grape varieties are best suited to his particular soil and climatic conditions. As a result, grapes selected from vineyards may be pressed separately to make specific wines of the highest quality.
