Bodegas Puelles

The Puelles family has lived in Abalos for longer than anyone can remember, and their winemaking tradition goes back just as far. The current generation, the brothers Jesus and Felix Puelles, have enlarged the Molino (Old Mill) Estate and converted it into a fabulous wine cellar, standing alongside the old 17th century water mill which the family bought from the town council in 1844.

The Tempranillo planted estate follows ecologogical growing methods and produces and ages the wines from different plots separately, with the utmost care and attention, before bottling them as an Estate Wine under the El Molino de Puelles label.
