Intense aromas of black berry fruits such as blackberries mixed with traces of pepper, vanilla and a soft smoky hint. Great structure and aging potential.
A blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah with a wonderfully rich ruby hue. The nose gives hints of Morella cherries and spices. In the mouth berry fruits are under-pinned by silky tannins.
Tasting Notes: Aromas of fresh cherries and fresh red fruit are mingled with spicy, peppery notes and hints of tomato plants . The wine is fresh and dry with rounded tannins.
Winemaking: Maceration on the skins for 8 days is followed by fermentation in stainless steel tanks at high temperature. After a short maturation in tank, the wine is bottled.

Winemaking: 14 days skin contact and fermentation at high temperatures, is followed by full malolactic fermentation. The wine is then matured in French oak barrels for 12 months.
