The first ever South African MCC rose! This is made from 100% Pinot Noir, which undergoes internal berry fermentation and is then pressed and immediately run off the skins. This extracts some of the colour and flavours of the grape without the harsh tannins. Absolutely wonderful with full-flavoured seafood, we drank it with grilled salmon spiced with ginger.
